Once you have received your delivery, you can return the product within 15 days by contacting Customer Service.

Your product must be in its original, undamaged condition and must not have been worn or washed!

We will send you a returns slip to print out and return your parcel at our expense.

We only produce models ordered by our customers. Exchanges of size or colour will only be possible within the limit of one customer return!

– Exchanges are not possible outside the European Union.
If it is not possible to exchange the product or if you are not satisfied, we can send you a credit note to be used on a future capsule or simply proceed with a refund.
