When we began our search for a warp and weft manufacturing partner, it seemed obvious to us to turn to Éric's privileged contact. Stéphane Chomarat, head of a manufacturing unit in Tunisia, with whom Éric has had a long-standing friendly and professional relationship, decided to support lilith in its relaunch by agreeing to produce our capsules.

Returns, exchanges or refunds:
Lilith will take care of the return shipping costs in case of retraction or in case of size or colour exchange, except when the delivery address is not located in Europe.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs during the Lilith Days and for all returns of products on sale outside Lilith Days.
If necessary, we will take care of the return costs in France, but our international customers are responsible for these. Once you have received your delivery, you can return the product to us within 15 days by contacting customer services using the contact form. Your product must be in its original, undamaged condition and must not have been worn or washed! We will send you a returns slip, which you can print out and return to us at our expense. Exchanges of size or colour will only be possible within the limit of one customer return!
Exchanges are not possible outside the European Union. If it is not possible to exchange the product or if you are not satisfied, we can send you a credit note to be used on a future capsule or simply proceed with a refund.
