The return costs will be paid by Lilith in case of retraction or size exchange, except when the delivery address is not located in Europe.

During the Lilith Days customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If necessary, we will take care of the return costs in France, but our international customers are responsible for these. Once you have received your delivery, you can return the product to us within 15 days by contacting customer services using the contact form. Your product must be in its original, undamaged condition and must not have been worn or washed! We will send you a returns slip, which you can print out and return to us at our expense. Exchanges of size or colour will only be possible within the limit of one customer return! 

Exchanges are not possible outside the European Union. If it is not possible to exchange the product or if you are not satisfied, we can send you a credit note to be used on a future capsule or simply proceed with a refund.
